It’s been about 6 years since I’ve been to the Dentist due to some poor experiences in the past, and I am happy to say that my dental fears have been resolved. UPDATE!! I will be returning and continuing services with this practice. The doctor and her assistant today gave me a warm welcome, showed confidence in what they were doing, DID NOT RUSH, were personable , and an absolute delight. My teeth feel very good. they assured me that sometimes cleanings are fast due to proper personal care/hygiene. And that my teeth are in good shape. I’m very grateful. I will happily  update this rating from 3 to five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Thank you again Following up after my first visit/cleaning. Upon walking in, The receptionist was wonderful welcoming and very sweet. She has a pleasant tone , actually smiled and greeted me with inviting eye contact even tho she was on the phone at first. She quickly signed me in and told me take a seat anywhere. I love the pothos leaves and lobby. Second person of contact: The assistant, seemed nervous; and was asking me questions but not letting me finish responding before asking the next question. Maybe she thought I was younger or have never been to the dentist in my life. The questions felt rehearsed and not genuine, like they were being recited. I will say, After the X-rays everything became more comfortable. We all laughed at one point and the service went on. The Dr. was nice but I know I’ve had better cleanings. I actually commented on how fast it was? It was too fast. I was expecting to be worked on (the actual cleaning alone) for 20 min or more , not including flossing and polishing. The manual scaling was too quick and extremely light in pressure. The crevices of my biting areas were also skipped? I know my teeth are healthy. But 10000% could be healthier and is why I scheduled. I haven’t had a cleaning for two years so I know from the coffee and non tobacco related recreations I indulge, my teeth are not** brighter than pre cleaning and look the same. My previous dentist is out of regular travel now but she was exceptional took her time and gave me a thorough cleaning , I’ve been smoking and drinking coffee for 15 years and that has never compromised my finish. I don’t want to experience pain or a dentist scraping my teeth with unnecessary force for satisfaction.  I’ve just simply had better cleanings. This office is very close to my residence and it’s ideal. Also it’s a nice building, clean, aesthetic is pretty. I gave Oxford Smiles a go because of convenient location and was hoping to add a more positive review. My expectations were higher as I try to lead with positivity but, besides my expectations; you all have field related experience certifications and or degrees and should be going out of the way for patients instead of only, “going through the motions.” Dental health is no joke. Thank you so much for seeing me. I’m not over the moon, yes dissatisfied, and deserve confident hygienist who enjoys each individual experience per client.

Had the best experience. From scheduling to getting X-rays and exam. Larissa the office manager was great from the beginning so nice and attentive. Dr.Parmar was professional and answered all my questions, proposed treatment that made total sense. Will be going back for routine cleaning and treatment. Jennifer and this team as a whole does a great job! I bring my son here and he loves the care that they take with him and the patience they have. Thank you for going above and beyond. *******I want to continue this review by saying that upon my son going here I have started going here for my dentistry. Dr. Parmar is one of the best dentists I have ever had, she takes so much care at every turn and really thinks things through! Many years to come I hope me and my son are able to visit this dentist. Having extreme anxiety around anything to do with the dentist, this office & their team did a great job at explaining what was happening, & what will happen which helped ease my experience.
